| Woman's body recovered from Pargwal | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 2: The body of a woman was today recovered by police from Hamirpur in Pargwal area of Akhnoor.It was lying on the bank of Chenab river when villagers saw it. They informed police.
Police sources said soon after the matter came to their notice, cops reached the spot and evacuated the body to the Akhnoor hospital where it was kept in the mortuary for identification.
As it bore external injury marks, the possibility of her murder was not ruled out, the sources added.
Pargwal police had registered a case in this connection.
