| NSUI protests against police’s callousness | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Kathua, Nov 8: Activists of NSUI unit district Kathua held a protest against the police administration under the leadership of district vice president Sameev Sharma and the district general secretary Vishu Andotra along with other citizens for delaying to make the arrest of the culprits who attacked the youth. Naresh Kumar s/o Mohan Lal r/o ward no 12.
They accused the Kathua police administration for holding lame excuses to follow the case while the victim was hospitalized for 5 days and the police totally ignored even to lodge the complaints.
They regretted over the callous attitude of police to arrest the culprit who allegedly has the strong negotiation between police and culprits through the influence of money and political pressure. They further warned the police administration if the stern action is not taken against the culprits the administration should be ready to face the dire consequence. In the protest Vinay Kalsotra, Robin Sambyal, Deepak, Kulbir, Rajinder, Rajdeep, and Rana Andotra were present.
