Army dedicates Goodwill School to Jahangar residents | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT RAJOURI, NOV 8: Indian Army today dedicated Goodwill Public School in Jahangar area of Nowshera to the public in which the students of the area will be imparted quality education so that they can help in the development of the nation. As per reports the project under the aegis of Ace of Spades division is another step in the series of welfare measures taken under operation Sadbhavana for the poor children living in the villages near the Line of Control. The Goodwill Nursery School was inaugurated by Mrs Shalini Mehta, President Army Wives Welfare Association Nowshera Brigade in presence of large number of locals and their parents. The locals of the area have been requesting for such school in the area, the Nowshera Brigade has been given Diwali gift to the locals of the area in the form of school. The school would provide quality education and other facilities to the poor children of this area. At present there are 40 children enrolled in the school. After the inauguration, Mrs Shalini Mehta also distributed school uniforms to the children and impressed upon the parents and locals of the area to take ensure good education for the children for their bright future. The villagers thanked army for providing such a noble facility in the form of Goodwill school for their children.
