Daylight theft in teacher's house | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Nov 8: In a daylight theft in the house of a government school teacher at Reasi, burglars today decamped with gold jewellery worth Rs 4 lakh. Police sources said the incident took place when Om Prakash -- a government school teacher -- had gone to a relative's house along with his family. The theft was detected by him after he returned home after spending over four hours in the relative's house, the sources added. Sources said gold ornaments worth Rs 4 lakh were stolen from the house. The Reasi police had registered a case in this connection and launched a manhunt to arrest the accused. |
