Govt teacher, woman among 4 held in murder case | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, Nov 9 : A teacher, a woman among four people were arrested for allegedly murdering a man in bordering Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir, police sources here today said. Police said that woman along with her paramour (teacher) among four people were apprehended yesterday for murdering her husband in Surankote area of district Poonch. ''Identified as Khursheed Begum, mother of four children and her paramour identified as Master Mohd Maqbool, a resident of Pathana Teer in Mendhar along with two others, hatched a conspiracy and eliminated one Khursheed Kohli (40), after they kidnapped him on September 3, 2010,'' police said. Police said that the decomposed body of the deceased was recovered from a nallah last evening near Dundak bridge in Surankote. ''On suspicion, deceased's wife was questioned and she disclosed that her paramour and two others helped her to eliminate her husband,'' police added. Meanwhile, police also arrested two of the accomplices identified as Khushal Hussain Shah and Mehmood Hussain Shah, who acted as fake militants and kidnapped the deceased. A case has been registered and investigations are in progress, they added.
