Hoteliers welcomes opening of Durbar in Jammu | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 9: All Jammu Hotels and Lodges Association has welcomed opening of civil secretariat and other move offices in Jammu, for their functioning here during six months of winter. In a handout issued here today, they have said that it will facilitate common people of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh to get their pending cases resolved expeditiously and smoothly, due to peaceful atmosphere and regular working in the offices. At Srinagar, due to disturbances, violent and scenario, continuous shut downs and curfews, they have said that government offices remained paralyzed. In a meeting held here today, President of the association Inderjeet Khajuria has said that Bandh and demonstrations held in Jammu on the opening of move offices here was in no way against the Kashmiri employees and common Kashmiris coming to Jammu for winter months. He added that it was against anti-Jammu and anti-national policies of the state government. Khajuria said that Darbar move to Jammu brings economic boon to Jammu particularly to hospitality industry of Jammu. The hoteliers were particularly benefitted, with reasonable occupancy of rooms.
