| HC directs to produce Priyanka, Aslam today | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, November-09 (JNF):- In a petition filed by Priyanka Pandoh alias Shaheen Khan and Mohd Aslam Khan who were allegedly arrested by the police yesterday, Justice JP Singh of J&K High Court Jammu Wing directed AAG to produce Priyanka Pandoh alias Shaheen Khan and Mohd Aslam Khan in the Court along with case dairies on November 10, 2010.
Advocate Pranav Kohli appeared for the petitioners, filed supplementary affidavit on behalf of Mohd Aslam Khan and submitted that petitioners have been arrested by the police Station Pacca Danga, Jammu, upon this Court issued notice to the respondents which were accecpted by AAG Gagan Basotra who was directed by the Court to produce the petitioners in the Court on November 10.
