Regional printmaking camp commences at IMFA | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Nov 10: Regional Printmaking Camp organized by Lalit Kala Akademi (LKA), Regional centre- Garhi, New Delhi commenced here today at Institute of Music and Fine Arts (IMFA), Jammu for the first time in the history of state. The seven day long camp will conclude on November 16. Secretary Cultural Academy Zaffar Iqbal Manhas inaugurated the camp while eminent artist of the state Gokul Dembi presided over the function. Speaking on the occasion, Zaffar Iqbal assured to hold National printmakers camp in collaboration with Lalit Kala Akadem next month in the state and declared that University of Jammu shall take over IMFA in the forthcoming days. Rajan Fulari coordinator of the camp presented a shawl as a memorabilia on behalf of LKA to the Secretary Cultural Academy and acknowledged full cooperation from Principal IMFA Abhinaya Kemu and her staff members. Gokul Dembi sought for opening of Graphic Studio by the Academy in Kala Kendra apart from IMFA, Jammu.
