JAMMU, Nov 10: Disappointed with CBI decision, Priyadarshini Mattoo's family have finally decided to approach Supreme Court .
The Mattoo family and friends who campaigned for justice in this 14 year long case were disappointed over the decision of CBI.
The family members said that since the investigative agency had decided not to pursue the matter to its logical conclusion, so they have been forced to step in. After consulting legal counsel, they have decided to approach the Supreme Court directly for permission to file review within next 15 days. |
