| Defence concludes arguments on charge | | | EARLY TIME REPORT
JAMMU, NOVEMBER-12 (JNF):- Second Additional Sessions Judge Jammu VC Koul today fixed November 20, 2010 for rebuttal and order on framing charge/ discharge as the defence counsel has concluded their arguments on charge in the much publicized Amandeep murder case.
Pertinent to mention, the case was transferred by the Principal Sessions Judge Jammu from his Court to the Court of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge.
Today All the accused namely Jatinder Singh alias Raja, Royal Singh, then SSP Manohar Singh, then SHO Sultan Mirza, Sub-Inspector Satnam Singh, Battastic Expert FSL Sujat Bukari, Constable Raj, Choudhary Nagar Singh, Choudhary Rakesh Singh, except Choudhary Jagar Singh present in Custody whereas Choudhary Jaggar was present with his counsel.
It is worth mentioning here that on August 29, 2009 the murder of Amandeep Singh s/o Former MLC & Advocate presently PDP Leader Deepinder Kour took place.. The main accused Jatinder Singh s/o Choudhary Nagar Singh was arrested on August 30, 2009 and accused Royal Singh was also arrested and later the weapon of offence was recovered from them. It was alleged that the weapon of offence was allegedly changed by the Choudhary brothers by hatching criminal conspiracy with the police officers and FSL officials, all the police officials & FSL officials were arrested in fudging of evidence whereas the Choudhary brothers surrendered before the Court on November 17, 2009.
