Jammu facing shortage of seecs, fertilizers

EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, November 12: Ravinder Sharma (MLC), general secretary and spokesperson Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) expressed concern over acute shortage of seed and fertilizer in most parts of Jammu province, especially in Sunderbani and Nowshera tehsils.

. Sharma said that the concerned agencies have not been able to meet the requirement of seed and fertilizer putting the farmers in great hardships. He said that farmers are holding protests and expressing their resentment in various areas in peaceful manner and urged the state government to take immediate steps in this direction.
Sharma was apprised by the farmers of various places and district Rajouri about the failure of the concerned agencies in this regard an conveyed their strong resentment in this regard.
