| Banyan International School celebrates farm day, school fete | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 13:To kick start a whole new experience of fun, food and music, the Banyan International School envisioned and executed in style the Farm Day and Fete today.
The events were out an out a success to the hilt. K Rajindra Additional Director General of Police was the chief guest on the occasion.
The crowd thronged the stalls and the children especially seemed to have the time of their life.
The day was held to create awareness amongst the children about the animals which inhabit this earth and develop mutual respect and admiration for the different kind of species. Students dressed in varied fancy dress attires enthralled the spectators. An arrangement like this would not only bring all of us on a level of true sociability but it would enable each student to be in love with and respect for both flora and fauna.
The school promises more such events in the due course to deliver its commitment towards wholesome educational experience.
