CM’s reassertion of Accession remarks condemnable: BJP | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Nov 13:Reacting sharply over the Chief Minister Omar Adullah’s reassertion that Accession was conditional and no merger of J&K with India had taken place”. It is condemnable, unjustifiable and distortion of facts and legality. This was stated here today by BJP State Spokesperson Ramesh Arora while addressing a press conference. Arora said that BJP will not tolerate such type of irresponsible statements and have decided to launch an agitation in whole of the state, which will continue till “Omar Abdullah tender unconditional apology to public and withdraw his statement or leave the chair”. Constitution of J&K State, Article-3, defines state as integral part of India and this statement is against the basic spirit of constitution under which Omar Abdullah has taken the oath. Resolution of 1994 passed by both houses of Parliament of India is very clear that the dispute only remains is to get back PoK, asserted Arora Arora informed that Central leadership of BJP is also ready to take up this matter seriously at all levels and will also raise this issue in Parliament vigorously. BJP State legislators will also raise this issue in coming session of assembly. Appreciating the efforts of party MLA Sukhnandan Choudhary for raising the issues related to the interests of farmers in an effective manner. Opening of procurement centres for purchase of farmers’ produce by the government is the victory of BJP. It became possible only after the agitation started by party’s Kissan leader and MLA Sukhnandan Choudhary, which culminated to its logical end. By this achievement, farmers will get their dues and they will be saved from exploitation, said Arora
