| Upgradation of industrial estates being prioritized: Narula | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, NOV 13-Commissioner/Secretary, Industries and Commerce, Umang Narula today visited various Industrials Estates of Jammu and took a comprehensive review about the facilities available in these estates.
Director Industries and Commerce, Jammu, B S Dua and Managing Director SICOP, R K Razadan also accompanied the Commissioner/Secretary.
After taking stock of the available infrastructure detailed interaction was held with the president and other office bearers of the Association of Industries Gangyal/Digiana.
Narula informed that the government was fully aware of the matter and upgradation proposals with an intent of developing Gangyal as a Model Estate is under active consideration.
During the discussions with the industrialist, Narula gave a patient hearing to the entrepreneurs and assured that where-ever required, the procedures would be streamlined so as to facilitate the entrepreneurs in their day to day working and the requisite facilities would be made available for sustained growth.
