| Dave of Rajasthan among 4 lead with 3 pts | | BR Luthra Memorial All India Open Chess | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, November 14: Senior player, Kanti Lal Dave of Rajasthan among four competitors were leading with three points each at the end of round three in the ongoing BR Luthra Memorial All India Open prize money Chess Tournament at Luthra College, here today.
Other three toppers are T Nanda of Assam, Madhab Sarma of Assam, Himal Gusain of Chandigarh.
Meanwhile, from hosts Jammu and Kashmir, state champion, Ritwan Sauntra along with five others was trailing behind with 2.5 points. Other second position holders are Nandan B, Rajib Dhar, Santanu (all from Assam), Prince Bajaj from Delhi and Yogesh of Haryana.
Organised by All J&K Chess Association, this tournament is ebing held under Swiss system following FIDE laws of chess under the guidance of chief arbiter, Dharminder Kumar.
