| Accts employees coordination committee holds meet | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 14: A meeting of J&K Accounts Employees Coordination Committee was held at Saddar Treasury under the chairmanship of Kulwant Singh Sambyal. A large number of accounts personal attended the meeting. The employees appealed to the Chairman, Public Service Commission S.L. Bhat and Finance Minister A.R. Rather to postpone the departmental SAC Part-II examination due to the commencement of budget session. The other problems discussed included removal of increment bar, conduct of departmental examination as per pattern of planning department, re-organisation of accounts cadre,
change of designation of Accounts Assistant as Accountant, Accountant as Sr. Accountant and AAO as Gazetted, redressal of problems of Govt. Cahier and class-IV employee be promoted and adjusted and absorption of employees of corporation into Accounts Cadre.
The committee also appealed to the employees to remain united and announced that next meeting shall be held on last Saturday of this month at 2 pm at Town Hall Park.
