| HC directs DSE to appear along with record | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, November: 15 (JNF):- The high court today directed the director school education to appear in person along with records in a contemprt petition filed by one Kamla Devi.
The DS has been accused of dishonouring the court judgement announced on March 3, 2009.
Justice JP Singh after hearing Advocate Amit Gupta for the petitioner whereas Deputy AG appearing for the state directed Director School Education Jammu to appear along with the record of the case on November 16, 2010.
While issuing the direction, the court observed that in order to resolve the issue as to non-compliance of the directions issued by the Court in a petition, presence of Director School Education Jammu who has not so far filed her response to the petition becomes necessary. JNF
