| NC workers hold meet | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
KATHUA, Nov 15: The workers of National Conference held a meeting under the presidentship of Dhian Chand, ex-M.L.A and district president NC Kathua at Hiranagar. In the meeting, it was resolved to carryout the policies and programmes of the party at grass root level is the main motive and objective of the meeting. The main emphasis was laid on mitigating grievances of farmers who have been looked down upon by the bureaucrats of the state. Sh.
