| School children visit PS Miran Sahib | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu Nov 16: On the eve of children’s day Jammu Police organised visit cum interaction of students of the local schools of Miran Sahib namely Pragmatic High School and National Public School Miran-Sahib. The children were about the age of 14 to 16. The children were taken around the Police Station and briefed about the functions of the various sections of the Police Station. Adopting role play methods some of the children were made SHO’s and were assigned to perform the role of a SHO. The role play method was greatly appreciated by them and it made them cognizant about the various facets of Police functioning. Comprehensive briefing were given by SDPO R.S.Pura H.S.Gill , SHO of the PS Inspr. Sunil Jasrotia and other staff of the Police station. The children were given refreshments also.
