| Medical camp at Billawar held | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Nov 17: Shanti Path Trust Trikuta Nagar Jammu held a medical camp at Peer Baba Dargah at village Ludera, district Billawar.
During the camp, 22 cataract patients were screened for implantation of IOL by Dr. Ashok Kumar Sharma and his team of doctors from Govt. Medical College Jammu.
Ten patients out of 22 were operated successfully on 9th and 16th Nov. at GMC Jammu by Dr. Ashok Kumar Sharma.
Besides providing all support to the poor and needy patients in the hospital to facilitate their admission and operation, transport facilities was also arranged both ways by Shanti Path Trust.
These patients who were operated belonged to BPL families and hail from far flung remote and hilly surrounding villages. Locals highly appreciated such sincere efforts by the Trust, who has given gift of sight to the poor and needy patients.
