| Ranji: Services makes 119 for 2 against J&K | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 17: Services were comfortable against Jammu and Kashmir with 119 runs for the loss of two wickets on the opening day of the Ranji Trophy Plate Group-B League tie underway at Harbax Singh Stadium, Delhi today.
Earlier, batting first after winning the toss, Services lost their first wicket at a score of 37 but the third wicket partnership of 50 runs brought the score to respectable 119 for two in 43 overs play.
When stumps were drawn, Jasvir Singh and Sarabjit Singh were played at 35 and 27 runs in their respective accounts. Raman Dutta and Samiullah Beigh shared one wicket each from J&K.
