| Terror of Inqulabi fades away on Eid | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
BUDHAL (RAJOURI), Nov 18: For the first time ever, Eid-ul-Zuha was celebrated by civilians of Budhal along with jawans and officers of 60 Rashtriya Rifles. Hundreds of Muslim devotees of the area were invited on the occasion at local army camp and they enthusiastically joined the celebration keeping the terror away from their minds.
Special arrangement was made to offer Eid-ul Zuha prayers. Later on they joined in the practice of sacrificing several goats by the Muslims arranged by army.
It was for the first time that Muslims celebrated Eid inside the army camp accepting the invitation of army .This was only possible with the arrest of deadly Hizbul Mujahideen ‘divisional commander’ Mohammad Abdullah Chechi alias Aurangzeb alias Abdullah Inqulabi by the police .
On the occasion Moulvi Fareed said that Eid-ul Zuha also known as festival of sacrifice, is celebrated world over on the 10th day of Duhl-Hijja, the last month of the Islamic year. "As per the Islamic tradition, we the Muslims offer sacrifice of an animal on this day and then keep some of the meat at home to eat. We also distribute it among our close relatives, neighbors; friends may be poor or rich.” said Moulvi Fareed
“There was a terror of Inqulabi in the area where one was not in a position to celebrate Eid in the army camp and the first ever and the biggest gift from police to general masses of the area is removal of terror with the arrest of Inqulabi that too one day before this year’s Eid,” added Moulvi
