| JJSF protests statements of Geelani, Arundhati | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 19: Reacting strongly against anti-nationalist forces, the Jammu Joint Students’ Federation (JJSF) held a protest demonstration at main gate Old University Campus, Jammu.
The protest was against the recent statements given by Arundati Roy and Syed Ali Shah Geelani
The activists of JJSF gathered at Old University campus and expressed their anger by raising slogans against the Delhi government.
JJSF leaders said that the statements concerning Azadi given in the capital of the country. By giving such statements it shows that separatists do not have any respect for Indian law or constitution.
JJSF alleged that Delhi government took the issue lightly and did not take any immediate action against these anti-national elements.
The attitude of Central Government is also questionable as instead of booking the anti-nationals it is sheltering them which has boosted the separatists’ voice in Kashmir.
JJSF activists appealed to the President of India to direct the government to take action against such anti-national acts of separatists.
Other JJSF leaders, who participated in the protest include Partap Singh Jamwal (State Vice President, JJSF), Lovekesh Gandhi, Ishan Choudhary, Amandeep Singh, Sanjay Sharma, Mohd. Arif, Sumit Gupta, Rawat Manhas, Jyoti Choudhary, Ajay Singh, Yogesh talwar, Nitin Sharma, Sanjeev Manhas, Amit Sharma, Bhupinder Singh, Dalbir Singh Chib, Vishu etc.
