| Bootleggers held with illicit liquor | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 19: Police today arrested two bootleggers from Kathua and Samba areas along with illicit liquor.Police sources said cops apprehended Krishan Kumar alias Soodi, son of Banarasi Dass of Chak Drab Khan, Kathua, along with 33 litres of illicit liquor.
Meanwhile, Samba police arrested another bootlegger from Swankha Morh, Vijaypur, along with 38 pouches of illicit liquor. He was identified as Nirmal, son of Phool Singh of Chattisgarh. He was at present putting up at a brick kiln near Vijaypur.
Cases in this connection stand registered at the concerned police stations.
