JAMMU, Nov 20: The Regional Sports Board, J&K today named cricket and badminton teams for the All India Civil Services Tournament slated to be held at Panchkula in Haryana from November 23 to November 28.
The teams have representations from Principal Controller of Defence Accounts (PCDA), Survey of India, Doordarshan and National Sample Survey Organisation (NSSO)
Earlier, the selection committees conducted trials of the respective disciplines under the guidance of Deputy Accountant General.
The Teams:
Cricket: BK Tickoo, Pardeep Bali, Manish Kumar (all PCDA), Shashi Jamwal, Sandeep Koushal, Sanjeev Kumar, Vinod Raina, Deepak Balotra, Ashish Kumar (all Survey of India), Rajesh Singh, Sanjay Koul (both Doordarshan), Raghubir Singh (ASI), BS Bhan, PS Jamwal, S K Khar, sunil Chaku (all NSSO).
Badminton: Balbir Singh Jamwal (ASI), Dushant Kumar, Des Kumar Sharma, Dalbir Singh (all Survey of India), Mahesh Kumar, Ajit Pal Singh (NSSO) and Gulzar Singh (Manager-ASI).
