| Unemployed youth stage protest | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
KATHUA 20 NOV: The unemployed youth organised a massive protest demonstration against the expulsion of all the degree holders who got degrees through distance mode except Jammu University, Kashmir University, DOIC, and IGNOU for various posts advertised by the SSRB Jammu.
The unemployed educated youth accused the SSRB for not considering the degrees of various universities through distance mode and considering only the distance through degrees of Jammu University, Kashmir University, DOIC, and IGNOU while in 2008 the degrees through distance mode from all the universities of India were considered for the employment through SSRB but now the SSRB has taken very wrong and anti-youth policies by ignoring the degrees through distance mode from other universities except these four universities and making the mockery of educated youth.
They, further, demanded that the state government should personally intervene in such kind of matter because it is the matter of future of the youth of the state and should consider the degrees through distance mode from all universities of India. In the protest Vijay Anand Parkash, Meenakshi, Indu Goswami, Mahinder Lal, Sanjogata and Sandhya were present.
