| Slogan writing contest held | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
KATHUA 21 NOV, : As part of the series of programmes to celebrate Quami Ekta Week, a slogan writing competition on National Integration was organised by the N.S.S. unit of Government Degree College, Kathua. Principal Dr. Ram Krishan who presided over the function appreciated the role of N.S.S. volunteers in such competitions and also preparing themselves for a greater cause national unity. Another highlight of the day was a guest lecture by Dr. T.R. Sharma. There were 20 volunteers who participated in the slogan writing competition. Geetanjali Sharma, Rupali Sharma, Abhay Nagar were adjudged 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively, Anika Sharma, Manish were given consolation prizes. Dr. T.R. Sharma, Prof P.K. Rao and Prof. Pawan Kumar were the Judges on the occasion. The programme was organized under the guidance of N.S.S. Programme officers Dr. C.P. Sharma, Prof Sumanesh Jasrotia & Prof Raj Kiran.
