| Amandeep Singh murder case Jailed accused not produced, court adjourns case yet again | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov: 22 (JNF):- In a much publicized murder case of Amandeep Singh s/o Deepinder Kour Ex-MLC and Advocate, 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu VC Koul today again adjourned the case for order on charge/discharge till November 30, 2010 due to non-appearance of Jatinder Singh alias Raja, Royal Singh, then SSP Manohar Singh, then SHO Sultan Mirza, Sub-Inspector Satnam Singh, Battastic Expert FSL Sarwar Hussain Bukhari, Constable Raj, Choudhary Nagar Singh, Choudhary Rakesh Singh from the jail whereas Choudhary Jagar is present. It is worth mentioning here that on August 29, 2009 the murder of Amandeep Singh s/o Former MLC & Advocate presently PDP Leader Deepinder Kour. The main accused Jatinder Singh s/o Choudhary Nagar Singh was arrested on August 30, 2009 and accused Royal Singh was also arrested and later the weapon of offence was recovered from them. It was alleged that the weapon of offence was allegedly changed by the Choudhary brothers by hatching criminal conspiracy with the police officers and FSL officials, all the alleged police officials & FSL officials were arrested in fudging of evidence whereas the Choudhary brothers surrendered before the Court on November 17, 2009.
