| Project Director SSA reviews special Training prog | | | EARY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 22: A review meeting of Access and Special Training was held under the chairmanship of State Project Director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, J&K State Vinay Mohan Raina at Directorate of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan here today.
22 participants including CEOs, DEPOs and DRPs of districts of Jammu division attended the meeting. The State Project Director stressed CEOs and DPRs of the concerned districts to work hard to achieve the desired goal of the scheme. Individual queries were also responded by the concerned State Coordinator Access.
The meeting discussed various issues pertaining progress up to 2010 with regard to direct admission of Out of School Children(OOSC) to school/ Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV), operationalization of sanctioned NRBCs (Non Residential bridge course) and coverage of children therein with breakup of never enrolled and dropout gender-wise and category-wise, progress in seasonal centers continues, along with the list of candidates with name of EVs in each district, new format for house hold survey and quarterly progress report (QPR), date of opening of primary school and upgradation since 2002 to 2010. The officers from new districts were requested to get reconciliation of data with parent district since 2002 to creation of the new district and status of computer aided learning centers.
