| Habib Gujjar's father, brother among 3 held | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 23: Three militant sympathisers, including Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) commander Habib Gujjar's father and brother, were today apprehended by police from Keshwan area of Kishtwar.
Police sources identified them as Habib's father Khairdin of Pathana, brother Jamaludin and their accomplice and neighbour Shahdin, son of Mohammad Shafi.
They were moving under suspicious circumstances in the area when a join column of police and army caught hold of them, the sources added.
Their sustained interrogation was on. It may be mentioned that after Habib's uncle was killed in an encounter in Keshwan area last week, the militant commander had shot dead STF headconstable Qasim Din's mother at Keshwan. |
