| ‘Surrender policy’ a fraud on Kashmiries: Bhim | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU Nov 24: Prof Bhim Singh, Chairman, JKNPP and Member, National Integration Council described the surrender policy as another fraud on the people of Kashmir Valley in particular to create a way out to save the Chief Minister in chair. He appealed to the people of J&K to reject this surrender policy as it amounts to cheating the people of Kashmir and browbeating the Centre. The Panthers Party Chief accused Congress for supporting NC to enable the armed trained boys to return from POK to the Valley. He asked when J&K is integral part of India including POK, why allow only trained militants to return, why not open LoC for all the citizens to return their home land? Singh demanded Congress to justify its support to National Conference particularly on the anti-national utterances of NC Chief Minister. Prof. Bhim Singh questioned Congress leadership to let the nation know that was there there any dispute as ‘Kashmir Dispute’, is Jammu and Kashmir integral part of India, was the State accession conditional as signed by Maharaja Hari Singh in 1947, what about the rehabilitation of 85,000 Pak refugees who have been living in J&K since 1947, what about the rehabilitation of nearly one million refugees of 1947, 1965, 1971, what about the rehabilitation and return of Kashmiri Pundit migrants to the Valley and migrants of Doda, Rajouri and Poonch etc. who have been living like wretched of the earth since 1999. He also questioned the Congress to justify Resettlement Act passed by National Conference government? Meanwhile, Prof Bhim Singh congratulated the people of Bihar for their unique victory in Bihar against poverty, exploitation and money houses. Addressing the gathering, the Panthers Party supremo hailed the victory of the people of Bihar to realise the dream of Lok Nayak Jaiprakash Narayan to initiate ultimate revolution from his homeland, Bihar. Later, Prof. Bhim Singh said that the Panthers Party shall launch social boycott movement against the Congress leaders who are responsible for the National Conference government and guilty of seditious and anti-national statements of the Chief Minister. The Panthers Party Chief urged the Congress leadership to withdraw their support to National Conference government which is in fact second phase of Jamaat-e-Islami or face the people on the streets.
