Kranti Dal lambastes govt, opposes rehabilitation policy | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Nov 25: Kranti Dal (KD) has opposed the rehabilitation policy for surrendered militants recently announced by the State Government. Addressing media persons here today, Kranti Dal chairman, Anan Sharma lambasting the state government said, “Government and PDP are in race to help and rehabilitate militants who have raised the gun against the country”. “Its unfortunate that Government has totally ignored the genuine demands of West Pak refugees of 1947, refugees of 1965, 1971, Kashmiri Pandit but in a strange hurry to rehabilitate those have killed innocent and took arms training against India’, he added. He mentioned that Home Guards, unemployed ITI electricians, Agricultural Technocrats etc were protesting from last so many years but the government has not time to listen to their demands. Sharma warned the Government to drop this policy otherwise nationalist people would unite and start movement against the Government. He however announced to stage protest on November 28 to protest rehabilitation policy. Among others who were present in the press conference were Raj Rup Singh, president, Pritam Sharma, general secretary, Sankul Gupta, youth president and others.
