| MV International to host Mastogi-Do- Championship | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Nov 26: MV International School would host the 9th State-Mastogi-Do- Championship, which is going to be held for first time in the district Samba at the state level.
22 schools with their more than 600 participants from different districts of J&K state with their contingent in charges will be present to announce a new era in the Mastogi –Do -championship in the history of Samba district at MV International School for the promotion of the cause of sports.
The participating teams are coming from different districts of J & K state mainly from district Kathua, Jammu, Udhampur and Srinagar.
The school management is desirous of organizing a comfortable boarding and lodging of the guest teams from Nov 26 to Nov 29.
Mastogi-Do- is one of the most scientific & systematic physical fighting skill.
School management has ensured that good sportsmanship should translate into good citizenship through such sports and the students at (MVIS) should get the best exposure.
Participating teams from different districts of the state will be reaching to the school on 26th Nov.
In the inaugural function on Nov 27 Minister for Revenue and Relief, Raman Bhalla would be the chief guest on the occasion.
On the closing ceremony on 28th Nov Lal Singh Member of Parliament would be the chief guest.
