| NC minority cell holds core group meet | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU Nov 27: National Conference Minority Cell held a meeting of the Core Group members under the chairmanship of M K Yogi, who is also the Working President (Rural) of the Cell.
In the meeting, besides other things, emphasis was laid in constituting a Working Group by nominating dedicated workers of the minority cell who will pursue and take up various issues and problems confronting migrants with the concerned authorities for speedy redressal of these problems. The Core Group in the meeting unanimously authorized M K Yogi to nominate persons for constituting such a group and getting it approved by Vijay Bakaya.
It was also resolved in the meeting to strengthen the hands of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, who is serious in resolving all the justified demands of the migrants and facilitate their return to their homes and hearths. The members further appealed to the people to come forward with their problems for their speedy redressal.
The Cell has also appealed all the migrants to strengthen the Minority cell which has now grown to be very popular and the strong voice of the migrants under the guidance of dynamic visionary and a person with pragmatic approach Vijay Bakaya, MLC and Chief of the Minority Cell.
Prominent among those who attended the meeting were Balajee Bhat, Pinky Bhat, Karan Choudhary, Som Nath Dhar, M L Labroo, Bansi Lal Bhan, Ramesh Bharti, Ashwani Muttoo.
