| Romeo Force donates furniture to school | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov 27: Rashtriya Rifles Battalion under the aegis of Sector Rashtriya Rifles and Counter Insurgency Force (Romeo) undertook a project under Operation Sadbhavna for provisioning of desks, chairs and stools for the primary class students of Government Middle School in order to provide the basic amenities for the school going children.
A function was organised in the premises of the Government Middle School, Kandi wherein desks, chairs and stools were handed over to the school authorities by the Army.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks from the School Principal.
He thanked the Army for presenting the much needed furniture to the school and said that this gesture by the Army would go a long way in inspiring and nurturing children for a better future and cement the bonds between the Army and the local populace.
