| Display your talent organised | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 27 Students of Dogra College of Education organised "Display Your Talent" Programme today in the Auditorium of the college.
The Programme started with the lighting of the traditional lamp. Principal Dr Kiran Luthra, in her welcome address, 'highlighted the importance of cultural activities in the overall development of the personality of the students. The cultural Programme presented by the students included Classical Dance, Dogri Dance, Punjabi Dance, Hindi Songs, Gazals , Dogri Folk Dance, Western Dance, Solo Dance, Dogri Songs and Modeling etc. which received great applause from the audience and guests .
Former Minister for Higher Education and Chairman DET Gulchain Singh Charak was the chief guest while Samar Dev Singh Charak, Secretary, Dogra Educational Trust was the guest of Honour.
Speaking on the occasion, Charak appreciated the efforts put in by the students to make the function a success. He assured the students of all kind of support from the management for organizing such like programmes in future . Prominent among those who were present on the occasion were Prof. B.D. Damral, Director Dogra College 0f Education and Prof. V .K. Kapoor, Director cum Principal Dogra Law College. Comparing of the programme was performed by Vandana and Anit Pal. Indu Puri and Kan Priya, lecturers, acted as judges. The programme concluded with vote of thanks moved by Vandana ,student of the college
