| Woman cop protests anti-pak slogans | | |

JAMMU, Nov 27:
Even as government is contemplating to initiate action against ‘anti-national’ state employees for their covert and overt support to the separatist forces, a lady police cop in a daring act openly expressed her sympathies for India’s arch rival Pakistan during the Bharaiya Janta Party (BJP) sponsored three hour long bandh here today.
The sensational drama unfolded at Bikram Chowk where a group of BJP women activists were trying to block the ever busy road.
Shouting slogans “Bharat Mata Ki Jai”, the BJP workers forced to stop the traffic movement but a huge posse of police contingent including lady cops prevented them from creating any hurdle.
The police action infuriated the BJP supporters who entered into a verbal duel with the cops particularly ladies police.
The women police constables pushed BJP women activists and some of them raised the word ‘Pakisatn’ which incensed a lady cop who angrily said “Mere Kashmir aur Pakistan ko beech mein mat lao........ Apki ladai apni hai (Don’t drag my Kashmir and Pakistan in your fight ……)”.
Interestingly, this all happened when other policemen and a senior police officer was standing very close to the ‘bold’ cop.
However, senior police officers remained tight lipped over the incident.
