Art of Living organises Sahaj Samadhi meditation | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, Nov 28: A three day course on advance meditation “Sahaj Samadhi Meditation” organised by the Art of Living Jammu Chapter culminated today. The course was conducted by Gauri Shardaji, a full time Art of Living teacher, who has conducted several of such courses in India and abroad. The course was attended by 66 participants, cutting across all ages and from all walks of life, which included government officials, doctors, professionals, businessmen, teachers, homemakers and the youth. This course teaches advance meditation techniques to experience moments of deep joy and bliss, meditation techniques that are designed to self-heal and improve the general body health and mind state. The meditation technique taught during the course alleviates the practitioner from stress-related problems. Sahaj is a Sanskrit word that means natural or effortless. Samadhi is a deep, blissful, meditative state. Sahaj Samadhi meditation is a natural, effortless system of meditation. Regular practice of the technique can totally transform the quality of one’s life, by culturing the system to maintain the peace, energy, and expanded awareness of meditation throughout the day. These meditation techniques combined with yogic practices can ensure good health and a calm mind.
