| Agri dept organises awareness camp at Kanyala | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
REASI, NOV 28-
To provide awareness to the farmers of the Kanyala area in Dansal, the Sub Divisional Agriculture Officer, Dansal, R.S. Bali organised awareness camp at village Kanyala here yesterday.
Over 60 farmers of Kanyala and adjoining localities participated and acquired awareness about fresh seed, most up-to-date techniques to boost agriculture production as per the balanced dose of fertilizer etc.
Speaking on the occasion, the Sub Divisional Agriculture Officer stressed upon the farmers to adopt latest techniques forever in preparation of fresh seed for sowing in their fields and use vermin compost fertilizer along with balanced dose of chemical fertilizers to achieve good results.
Two progressive farmers of area which include Karan Dutt Sharma and Subash Chander Sharma also spoke on the occasion .
Among others, Sub Matter Specialist, S.K. Munshi, S.K. Chibber, Junior Agriculture Assistant, Purshotam Gupta also spoke on the occasion. They said that agriculture department is bound to provide timely seed, fertilizer and awareness to the general public to boost their agriculture production as per latest techniques for their socio economic development.
