| 'Ashayein'_ a film on a rag-picker being produced | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU Nov 28: 'Ashayein', a short film on a young ragpicker is being produced under the aegis of Vyeth, a socio-cultural voluntary organization. Its mahurat shot was taken by Minister for Revenue, Relief & Rehabilitation Raman Bhalla in presence of a galaxy of intellectuals, artists, critics and media personalities in the slum area of Kalika Colony, Jammu.
The Founder President of Vyeth Prof.Virender Rawal is producing and directing 'Ashayein'.Prof.virender Rawal has got two documentary films entitled IA profile for progeny' in his credit. Both the films have been released & screened in Abhinav Theatre in collaboration with J&K Academy Of Art, Culture and languages.
Assuring all sorts of logistic support She Raman Bhalla had all praises for the team of Vyeth and Prof.Rawalln particular for having undertaken such a challenging job voluntarily.
Prof. Rawal while interacting with the media said that the film may take at least two months to get completed. He also added that Ashayein shall be screened in9 the premises of slum areas.
