| DB allows KAS aspirant to appear in interview | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Nov: 29 (JNF):- In a LPA filed by Azim Mustaq seeking permission for appearing in the KAS interview, A Division Bench of J&K High Court Jammu Wing comprising Justice Virender Singh and Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar after hearing the Adv Monika Kohli for the appellant, allowed to appear the petitioner in interview for J&K Combined Competitive Examination (KAS) which is likely to be concluded in the last week of January, 2011.
Division Bench restrained the PSC for declaring the result of the appellant till further orders.
