NPP Kathua activists protest against militants’ rehabilitation | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Kathua Nov 29: The activists of the National Panther Party Kathua held a massive protest in the front of Govt. Degree College by burning the effigy of Chief Minister Jammu and Kashmir Omar Abdullah under the leadership of district youth president of Panther Party Amit Sharma to resist the rehabilitation policy of the state government to facilitate the militants of the Kashmir. The youth president NPP Amit Sharma, Kartik, district president Narinder Sharma, Vivek Sharma, Tanuj Rai, and Bhanu Partap lambasted both NC and Cong as the partners of the draconian, anti civilized youth and anti social policy of rehabilitation for which the Congress is the biggest traitor of the country and state also. They said that the large number unemployed youth of the state are suffering and on the verge of starvation but the state government has no policy for them. They said 2800 R-E-Z agriculture technocrats, thousands contractual, daily wagers, need based, and others are still struggling for justice but the government of Omar Abdullah is looking on them like a mute spectator and making the mockery of these educated struggling youth. The state government has crossed all the limits of humanity and illegal ways to deal the peoples demand and to boost the militancy in the state. The Omar Abdullah’s Congress supported rehabilitation policy to give the wonderful employment package has exposed the real intention of the sate and union governments. It is urged upon the International legal authority to intervene in the matter of injustice with the people of Jammu region on large scale and save the future of struggling unemployed youth.
