J-K Governor meets PM, Home Minister, NSA | | | AGENCIES NEW DELHI, Nov 29: Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra has met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Home Minister P Chidambaram and discussed with them the prevailing situation in the State. Vohra met Singh on Saturday and briefed him about the security situation in the sensitive state and the steps being taken to maintain normalcy there. The Governor also met National Security Adviser Shivshankar Menon on Saturday. Today, Vohra met Chidambaram at his North Block office and briefed him the security situation in Jammu and Kashmir. The two leaders are believed to have discussed the initiatives taken by the three interlocutors, appointed by the Centre, their meetings with all shades of opinion in the state and suggestion given after the first visit. Dileep Padgaonkar, M M Ansari and Radha Kumar were appointed as Centre's interlocutors on October 13 to hold a sustained dialogue with all sections of the people in Jammu and Kashmir.
