JAMMU, Nov: 30 (JNF):- In a much publicised murder case of Amandeep Singh, the police has not presented Jatinder Singh alias Raja, Royal Singh, then SSP Manohar Singh, then SHO Sultan Mirza, Sub-Inspector Satnam Singh, Battastic Expert FSL Sarwar Bukari, Constable Raj, Choudhary Nagar Singh, Choudhary Rakesh Singh from the jail, the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Jammu, Vinod Chatterji Koul directed Supt Central Jail, Jammu to ensure presence of above said persons on next date of hearing which is on December 3, 2010.
It is worthwhile to mention here that on November 22, 2010 the alleged accused was not produced by the police in Court and Court fixed today for order on Charge/ Discharge. But they were not produced today.
