| Ellaquai Dehati Bank presents first claim cheque | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU Nov 30: Ellaquai Dehati Bank today presented the first claim cheque to the widow of one of its clients under the SBI Life Insurance scheme at its Head Office, Srinagar.
The bank is the corporate agent of SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd.
Chairman of the Bank A.K. Razdan presented the claim cheque to the widow of one of the Bank’s clients insured under the scheme.
Continuing its role of providing all financial solutions to its client under one roof, the Bank has devised more than one hundred products of different nature to cater to the increasing expectations of its customers.
The Bank’s chairman has said that the hassle-free procedure devised for SBI Life Insurance has made it easy and affordable for thousands of its customers.
“ All the insured should have an account with the Bank. Significantly, no proof of date of birth or medical fitness is needed to qualify for the scheme. One has to have account with the Bank and by simply signing a form which authorizes the Bank to deduct the annual premium from the account and the life of the depositor is insured. The premium is deducted annually and since we maintain fool proof records there is no apprehension of beneficiary missing the premium, ” said Chairman of the Bank.
