BSP accuse police, demand CM intervention | Giri encounter case | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, Nov 30: BSP state president Tulsi Dass Langeh accused police for alleged killing of Rakesh Giri and demanded Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to intervene into the matter. He also demanded CBI inquiry into the episode. “Let CBI be asked to hold inquiry into the alleged killing of Rakesh Giri so that reality can be floated up”, he said taking police to cudgel while adding that Jammu and Kashmir state is devoid of democracy as the administration of the same is running by police raj. The BSP activist uttered praiseworthy words on 10th day of Rakesh Giri who was killed in alleged fake police encounter that held on Marbal Market Road under the jurisdiction of Channi Himmat police station few days ago at the residence of the deceased. He was also accompanied by some activists of Bahujan Samaj Party(BSP). Leveling allegations he said police is also caught in its own wordings when a senior police officer in a statement said that Giri after taking supari from Nagar Singh in jail was on way to kill Dipinder Kaur and her family members. However, the next day jail authority refused the same citing that both were lodged in different jails. The BSP president threatened state wide protest if government neglected the voice of people of RS Pura.
