A complaint was lodged by a parent of a girl student studying in Batra medical college at Gandhi Nagar police station against a youth misbehaving with his daughter.
As per reports one Balwant Singh Choudhary of Rani Bagh lodged a complaint the police station against Dinesh Mahajan S/o Charan Dass of Nai Basti. In the complaint Singh has leveled charges against the youth of abusing his daughter of on when she goes to college or return home . A case u/s 294 RPC under FIR No 294/2006 has been registered and arrested the accused. Police is investigating the matter.
