Tributes to Mahant Ram Parkash Dass ji

Jammu, December 3: Rich tributes will be paid to Mahamandaleshwar 1008 Mahant Ram Parkash Dass ji on, December 5 at Arora Bans Hall, Kachi Chawni Jammu.
Arora Bans Sahba President Ramesh Arora (Adv.), while addressing a press conference here, said that Mahant Ram Parkash Dass was devotee of Baba Lal Ji since childhood. He was born at Bhambo Tar near Talwara on March 20, 1934 left this world on 13-11-2010. He remained as Health Minister and Minister for Food and Supply in Punjab. Mahant Ram Parkash Dass Ji also remained president Sadhu Samaj Punjab Dhouba for 60 years and Mahant of Gadhi Baba Lal Ji Datarpur-Rampur. He also remained as National vice-president of Vishwa Hindu Parishad and President of VHP North Zone. He was one of such multi-dimension personality has served the society in political, social and religious field, is combinations are rare and remarkable. Such personality are seldom born on this earth.
He was personally a symbol of dedication and devotion and from the very childhood his family have left him to serve the gadhi of Baba Lal Ji at Rampur. He has visited Jammu on a number of occasions even in 2008, he has visited Jammu during Shri Amarnath land row agitation in curfew to boost the masses fighting for just cause.
Ramesh Arora further said that although Manant Ram Parkash Dass could not get higher education but he was scholar in Punjabi, Urdu, Persian, English and Sanskrit languages. He appealed the masses to join on Dec. 5 at Arora Bans Sabha at 11 a.m. where kirtan and shridhanjali will be performed including remembering the lifelong contribution to society.
