| State concludes arguments on charge in Amandeep murder | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, December: 03 (JNF):- Special Public Prosecutor Senior Adv Sunil Sethi has concluded the arguments on charge/discharge of alleged accused allegedly in much publicized Amandeep murder case, Whereas counsel for the alleged accused has already completed his argument.
2nd Additional Sessions Judge VC Koul today fixed next date for order. Today all the alleged accused namely Jatinder Singh alias Raja, Royal Singh, then SSP Manohar Singh, then SHO Sultan Mirza, Sub-Inspector Satnam Singh, Battastic Expert FSL Sarwar Bukari, Constable Raj, Choudhary Nagar Singh, Choudhary Rakesh Singh were present from the jail whereas Choudhary Jagar Singh was also present.
