| IQAC of Women Parade College organize parent-teacher meet | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Dec 4: The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Government College for Women Parade Ground Jammu organized a parent-teacher meet today.
The meeting was attended by senior faculty members and the members of College IQAC and the parents.
M.S. Pathania coordinator IQAC formally welcomed the parents and presented a power point presentation highlighting the various achievements of the college and the activities of IQAC.
He also sought the active support, valuable suggestions and co-operation of the parents for the academic excellence and welfare of the college.
While expressing tremendous satisfaction over academic excellence of the college, the parents appreciated the efforts of the college principal Kiran Bakshi and the members of IQAC for organizing such events which help them to have one to one interaction with the faculty members, helping them to have first hand information about their child performances.
They also put forward their suggestions and thoughts for the improvement and further expansion of college building including library, class rooms, play ground and the college as a whole. The parents expressed their whole hearted support to the college administration for the over all development of the college.
The members of IQAC and the faculty members assured parents that all the suggestions and thoughts put forwarded by them will be sincerely looked into and implemented where ever possible for the better development of the college.
The meeting ended on a healthy note that teachers and parents can play a collective and constructive role to make the students technically, scientifically and globally superior and ethically strong.
